We run approximately 40 modern CNC machines in a three-shift operation. Machine groups of the same type are preferred in order to achieve the necessary flexibility and production reliability.
We offer different types of complete treatment for a component. Our extensive range of machinery enables us to respond with maximum flexibility to customer requests and to react quickly.
Our Turning section consists of state-of-the-art CNC combined lathe milling machines and is designed to permit a broad spectrum of parts to be manufactured with maximum precision.
Complete machining processes are no problem for us thanks to the technologies we use. A high degree of automation is achieved by machining bar stock from 3 to 80 mm.
Complex components made from materials which are difficult to machine can be manufactured reliably and flexibly using the latest tool and machine technologies.
Our Milling section comprises various highly automated machining centres. This level of automation in our machining centres is achieved by equipping them with up to 360 tools and 40 pallets.
This large tool and pallet magazine allows Kurt Grützmann Feinmechanik GmbH to operate just-in-time manufacture with minimal setup changes. Highly productive 5-axis machining of components up to a size of Ø 500 mm x H 400 mm is possible in our machining centres.

We achieve the highest possible surface quality, perfectly rounded edges and a burr-free finish using MicroStream abrasive flow machining. The type, size and concentration of the abrasive are always optimally adapted to the machining task, which enables us to guarantee the greatest possible precision and reproducible results.
